These terms apply to theeverydayeditva.com, operated by The Everyday Edit ("we," "us"). By browsing or ordering from this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We try hard to describe products and show colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays a color exactly. Product images from our suppliers may show accessories or configurations that are not included; the written description and the option you select at checkout govern what ships.

We may limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping & Returns page is part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Product use and safety

Use every product according to the instructions that come with it. Electrical and battery-powered items should not be left charging unattended, submerged, or used while damaged. Massage, heating, and recovery products are consumer wellness items, not medical devices — nothing on this site is medical advice, and you should speak to a clinician before using them if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. Pet products should only be used under supervision.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, logos, and original images on this site belong to The Everyday Edit. Third-party brand names that appear anywhere on this site are the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. Your content

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with the store. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you send.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape or overload our systems, resell our content, or interfere with other customers. We may block access for any of the above.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Chesapeake, Virginia.
